TALENTIQ INC was incorporated in the year 2019 to cater to the training requirements of college students, working professionals and to guide school students on the career opportunities. In Talentiq, we offer career guidance, placement related skills training, behavioral training and corporate trainings. We have also evolved as a center to coach students and professionals for career betterment and career growth. Catering to the student community across Tamilnadu, Talentiq hopes to touch the lives of atleast 10000  school and college students by 2025,  by way of career coaching, counselling and mentoring. We also look to work with working professional to coach them to create better career opportunities for professional growth. 

Backed by 7+ years of freelance corporate and soft skills training, headed the Placement Training Department of SVS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING. Moved on as the Head of Department - Training and Industry Institute Partnership at KPR INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY. Have worked with numerous colleges to train their students to be industry ready and chart out a successful career path. Have touched the lives of atleast 8500 students by helping them prepare for careers after college.  Have supported the Learning and Development functions at various organizations in terms of assessment and analysis of employees at various levels. Have trained them for enhance performance at work place. Have also worked with teaching faculty of various schools and colleges to help them become better leaders of students and not just teachers.
